Price List
1. We are required by Law to do a patch test for ALL CLIENTS.
2. Consultations are required for ALL new colour clients (as well as returning clients we have not seen for more than 6 months).
3. All clients will receive an email 1 week prior to their appointment and a text 72 hrs prior to the appointment. Please respond to this as a confirmation of your appointment. If you are looking to change what you're booked in for, for something else we require 1 weeks notice to allow the time frame but please bare in mind we are usually fully booked weeks in advance if you are looking to add onto your service this may not be doable with such little notice.
4. Deposits are required for ALL appointments.
(Please note we have a 48hr cancellation/rescheduling policy. Anything within this period will result in a loss of deposit). FULL CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW
5. We are NOT covered by insurance to bleach anyones hair under the age of 16, if you have light hair naturally and want a bright color this can be done once a patch test is completed

Extensions cannot be quoted online or via phone call this can only be done in salon with a FREE consultation as everyones hair is different.
Cancellation Policy
*CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY*
We do require deposits for ALL appointments booked. This will be taken at the time of booking and will be up to 50% of the total services.
The Salon operates a strict 48hr cancellation policy - this means that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment PRIOR to this time frame the deposit is fully transferable / refundable.
If you fail to give us the minimum 48hrs notice we will take the deposit & a NEW deposit will be required to reschedule.
In the event you cancel or reschedule within the 48hr notice period but we ARE able to fill the stylists time we will NOT take your deposit and it can be transferred to a new booking.
If a deposit is not taken due to being a full time regular and you do not show or give less than 48hrs notice we will charge a 50% charge of the service missed as a cancellation fee, going forward you will be required to pay a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit.
If you cannot reach us via phone due to a busy line or the Salon being closed you MUST send us email confirmation of the cancellation or required reschedule.
